What does 'per-MB billing' mean in practice?
Traditional eSIM platforms sell fixed data bundles (e.g. 1GB, 5GB). With Telkor, you bill subscribers for exactly what they consume - no rounding, no waste. A subscriber who uses 347MB pays for 347MB. This gives you full control over pricing and eliminates the margin loss from unused data in bundles.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier. White-label means your subscribers see your brand, your portal, your APN name - not ours. Starter and Growth tiers use the Telkor-branded dashboard.
What's the difference between Telkor and Bappy API?
Bappy API is our current eSIM reseller product - it sells fixed data bundles (1GB, 3GB, etc.) and is live today. Telkor is carrier-grade infrastructure for MVNOs/MNOs who need per-MB billing, IMSI management, APN control, and custom QoS policies. If you need eSIM traffic today, start with Bappy API and migrate to Telkor at launch.
What SLA guarantees do you offer?
Depends on tier: Starter gets 99.5%, Growth gets 99.9%, Enterprise gets 99.95%. SLA covers platform availability, API uptime, and data session continuity. Financial credits apply for any SLA breach.
Is there a migration path from another provider?
